We are looking for an exceptional person with the capacity to develop their financial and marketing savvy. Founded in 2001, we create and manage insurance solutions for small, medium, and large companies operating in the healthcare, construction, manufacturing, real estate management, and professional services industries. We now operate more than 30 insurance companies and programs, in Bermuda and in the U.S., with cumulative revenue of over $250 million.As our marketing and business development analyst, you be a key member of the team that finds, sells, and implements these insurance deals:
- You will support our sales people by identifying insurance agents and companies that could use our services
- You will help prepare financial models in Excel
- You will help prepare proposals for our clients
- You will attend sales meetings with our top managers
- You will act as a liaison with clients during the implementation of their insurance solution
- You will support the annual renewal process by reviewing client status and preparing renewal model and document packages
- You will support our marketing campaigns which we conduct through tradeshows, trade advertising, and client meetings

In general, you will be in a position to develop your marketing, finance, and sales skills with a team that has a track record of success in the insurance business.Your success will be defined by:
- Your ability to ask questions, listen, and learn the key elements of our business,
- Your language skills, both written and spoken, so that you work with clients and create high quality documents with minimum supervision,
- Your current knowledge or your ability to learn and apply basic finance and accounting concepts to understand our products and apply them to the needs of our clients
- Your skills with Microsoft Excel and Word and your ability to effectively analyze client problems and produce clearly presented solutions
