Thank you for your interest in the Student-Athlete Support Services mentor program. Please print and complete the following documents: Prospective Mentor Information, Mentor Application, and Faculty Recommendation Forms. Include a one page personal statement describing 1) how you learned of this position, 2) any prior tutoring or teaching experiences and 3) personal and professional qualities relevant to this position and a current transcript ("Courses by Term" version printed from STU-INFO is preferred). After the above has been completed, you may either drop off the materials at the Clara Bell Smith Center , or mail it to Elliott Daniels at the following address:
