The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a leadership committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athlete experience. The SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes' lives on NCAA member institution campuses. The goal of this program is to provide leadership opportunities for student-athletes and to identify areas of responsibility for student-athlete leaders. Two student-athletes are selected from each team to serve as team representatives. Additionally, SAAC members elect an executive board that coordinates meetings and communication with SAAC representatives regarding important team updates and information.
